Campground Rules
- All campers and riders must check in at the office to pay camping and lodging fees within 24 hours of setting up camp, with the exception of permanent campers.
- Day rider Fee: $2.00
- If wanting to arrive early/check out late, please make arrangements at the office.
- Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
- Riders must furnish and be responsible for their own animals, tack, and property.
- Animals on campground property must be leashed, penned or tied and under control at all times. I have cats on the premises please do not let your dog’s chase the cats!
- Owners must clean up after their animals and control noise. (This includes your dog poo. This is our home also please help keep it clean).
- Stallions by permission only. Please let us know ahead of time if you are bringing a stallion.
- You will be asked to remove aggressive animals. Do not bring them if they are not friendly.
- ALL ANIMALS INCLUDING DOGS MUST BE CURRENT ON VACCINES. This includes rabies for dogs and Coggins for horses. Please note that we recommend your horse/dog be fully vaccinated when hauling to our establishment we cannot control sicknesses being brought in, this includes Parvo for dogs (once Parvo is in the ground it is present for life). Please provide proof of rabies in dogs and Coggins in horses prior to arrival via email or upon arrival. IF proof is not provided you could be asked to leave the premises. Proof of all vaccines will be kept on file and will only need to be given the one time and updated yearly.
- Campsites, pens and stalls must be clean when you leave. We will be enforcing the $25.00 cleaning fee if stalls, pens or tie lines are left dirty. You will receive a bill for this and if it is not paid it will be carried over for additional stays, and a credit card will be required to keep on file for future payments.
- After you clean your stall, leave the muck bucket at the side of the road for us to pick up and dump. Buckets upright are ready to dump, buckets upside down are clean.
- Please clean up your campfire sites. No cans in the fire pits! There is a $25.00 clean up fee for this also. If you chose to leave non-used firewood please stack it neatly near the campsite.
- Put all trash in the dumpster, not the fire pits.
- We are on city water. No hosing out trailers.
- Please wash your horses/dogs at the hitching posts or in the gravel.
- Be considerate of your fellow campers.
- Turn off your A/C when away from camp. IF you are leaving your dogs in your trailer it is fine to leave on but at a reasonable temperature please.
- Do not ride in on private property or Natural Areas. Stay on the designated trails. Sand Cave is a Natural Area do not ride through it, use the tie lines.
- Animals cannot be tied to trees, water spigots, fences or utility poles.
- No horses/mules on the bridge.
- When parking your unhooked vehicles in the day parking area please be sure to pull to the middle of the circle so that there is room for other
campers to park and/or pull forward to back in. - WE DO NOT REFUND OR CREDIT FOR BAD WEATHER!!
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS TO HUMANS, ANIMALS OR PROPERTY, INCLUDING ACTS OF GOD.
- This is a family-oriented campground, please act accordingly.
- We reserve the right to move your campsite based on campers needs. Sites 25 and 26 will be our designated handicap sites due to their placement. If someone with a handicap needs a site that is close to the bathhouse or wheelchair friendly these will be the sites. (they must book within a reasonable time, and you will be notified of the changes) IF your site has to be changed due to this a full refund for the camping stay will be offered if you choose not to come.
- While we try to accommodate all your needs while you are here, please note that changing your site once you arrive MAYNOT be possible. Please be sure to check our website for site size to make sure you will fit. Sites are not completely level as we sit on a hill.
We want your experience with us to be fun; you are on vacation! If you need anything while you are here, please feel free to ask, we probably have it. Office is always open and free to use for any of our campers.

Quiet Hours
10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
This is a family campground, therefore disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service.
